Access to my camera and microphone

Chrome

1. Open Chrome
2. Go to the task where you want to use the video.
3. Click on the webcam icon on the right in the URL bar.
4. Adjust the settings and click on F5 to refresh the page. 

Note: If you use a Chrome device at work or school, the network administrator can configure your camera or microphone settings for you. In that case, you won't be able to change them here.

Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to the task where you want to use the video.
3. Follow the instructions (accept) on the screen.

Edge

1. Open Edge
2. Go to the task where you want to use the video.
3. Follow the instructions (accept) on the screen.

Firefox

1. Open Firefox
2. Go to the task where you want to use the video.
3. Click on the "i" icon on the left of the URL bar.
4. Adjust the settings and click on F5 to refresh the page. 

Safari

1. Reload the webpage
2. Check 'Allow' in the pop-up menu
3. Continue with the video assignment

If a pop-up menu does not appear:

1. Go to the assignment, select 'Safari' in the top menu and select 'Preferences'
2. A new pop-up menu appears. Select 'Websites'
3. Select 'Camera' in the list on the left. Switch to 'Allow' for New Heroes.
4. Select 'Microphone' in the list on the left. Switch to 'Allow' for New Heroes.
5. Close the pop-up screen and reload the page.
6. You can continue with your assignment.
