Create succesful cross-cultural collaborations
In this online course, you'll learn how to examine the cultural backgrounds and actions yourself, and of others. Are you, for example, a very modest person? If you tend to be very reserved, you can challenge yourself to be more visible rather than remaining silent and unnoticed. However, be careful not to take it too far as you may come across as distant or conceited, which can be irritating to others. Additionally, this course provides you with an understanding of your own unique traits and attributes, as well as those of other cultures.
When you're aware of your qualities and recognize them, it becomes easier to understand why certain situations happen the way they happen. Once you know your own qualities, it becomes easier to discover the qualities of others. And this is what you'll be working on during this course.
