How to accept yourself unconditionally
Being happy with yourself, who doesn't want that? What if you don't know how to be happy with yourself? Then "finding happiness" is going to be one tough mission. And yet, research proves that you have the power to influence your own happiness. Happiness and becoming happy both start by completely accepting yourself, without judgment. You'll be working on that during this course. With the help of different exercises, you'll discover how to accept yourself for who you are.
