Understanding others
Matching verbal, vocal and visual languages for better understanding a person. Vocals can be influenced by; 1) pitch 2) intonation 3) pace of speech 4) volume 5) articulation I also learned that summarising helps; 1) check 2) stay in story 3) reassuring the speaker that you are listening.
